Every student, every term.
Our Kenya team keeps a complete record for each student in the SAM Elimu portal, so nobody slips through the cracks.
Term results
Every result is recorded each term, on whatever scale the school uses, so progress can be compared over time.
Attendance
Attendance is logged each term, so a dip is noticed early, not at the end of the year.
School & home visits
Kenya staff visit schools and homes and record what they find.
Early warning flags
Falling grades, low attendance, unpaid fees or a long gap since the last visit are flagged for follow-up.
Mentoring notes
Mentoring and psychosocial support is tracked alongside academic progress.
Sponsor updates
Sponsors see their student’s results, letters and photos in a private sponsor portal.
